I ship procurement-first AI for regulated mid-market companies.
Six years inside SAP Ariba at Cummins. Fixed-fee pilots that ship in 30 days on workflows your CISO won't escalate to legal. Indianapolis through southern Indiana.
Two ways to work together
Both are fixed fee. Scope in writing before work starts. 50% at kickoff, 50% at delivery. You own the code.
AI feature sprint 1 to 2 weeks
For SaaS founders on Supabase or Postgres
You have an existing SaaS product and want to add chat, document parsing, AI search, or a structured workflow that used to be manual. I ship the feature end to end, wired into your auth and data, behind a feature flag you control.
- Works on your existing stack (Next.js, Supabase, Postgres, Stripe)
- Anthropic Claude API or OpenAI, your pick
- Written into the codebase you already maintain, not a side service
- Delivery: working PR, runbook, demo call
Enterprise AI pilot 4 to 8 weeks
For procurement, finance, and manufacturing teams
Supplier disambiguation, Ariba workflow extensions, audit package assembly, variance commentary drafting, spec document parsing. Pilots ship as working software, not a deck. I stay on for handoff to your internal team.
- 6 years inside Cummins as an engine test mechanic, test-cell runner, DAQ/data systems lead, SAP Ariba user, ISO audit participant, and classified-program operator
- Fixed-fee pilot scoped up front, outcome defined, no open-ended hourly
- I leave you with: working tool, docs, internal walkthrough, source
- NDAs welcome

Who I am
Indianapolis-based. 20-plus years of combined hands-on operations, engineering, and independent product work. Six years inside Cummins, Inc. as an engine test mechanic and test-cell runner who also owned DAQ, SAP Ariba, ISO audit evidence, SQL, Python, classified programs, and DWU to OCU promotion on merit. Founder/operator of Bip's Bites full time, and an independent dev since 2016 shipping production apps. Oscar Predictor went 7-for-7 on the 98th Academy Awards. Available on short notice for fixed-fee engagements.
How I work
Fixed fee
Scope and price in writing. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers. If scope grows, we write a change order.
50 / 50 payment
Half at kickoff, half at delivery. Stripe invoice. No deposits held in escrow.
You own the code
Source handed off at delivery under your license. I retain case-study rights unless you opt out.
FAQ
- Do you have a CS degree?
- No. Award-winning teen developer, Cummins Tech Center, independent shipping since 2016. Ask for references from prior engagements.
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Yes. Mutual NDA on request before any scoping conversation. One I've already signed is fine; I can send a standard template if needed.
- Remote or on-site?
- Remote by default. On-site kickoffs are available within 90 minutes of Columbus, Indiana. Travel beyond that is possible for enterprise pilots at cost.
- What's the stack?
- Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase, Postgres, Stripe, Anthropic Claude API, FastAPI, Swift and SwiftUI for iOS. Happy to work in whatever you already have.
- Will you teach my team after delivery?
- Yes. Pilots include a walkthrough call and written runbook. Extended pairing is quoted separately.
