Founder cohort, 10 seats
AI skills cohort for new graduates
You graduated into a market where roughly 35 percent of entry-level postings screen for AI skills, and nobody taught you what that actually means. This is one full day, in a group of ten, where you ship a real project with AI tools used the way professionals use them, and leave with something you can demo in an interview instead of describe.
Straight terms. I will not promise you a job. Anyone who does is selling you something. What you leave with: a shipped project, working fluency with the tools employers screen for, and a written interview story about how you built it. Those three things are what move interviews, and they are all I claim.
What happens in the day
- Morning: fluency. Using ChatGPT and Claude like a professional, not a student: drafting, analysis, extraction, checking output, and the prompt patterns that transfer between tools. Plus the data-safety rules employers care about, in writing.
- Afternoon: ship. You build and finish one real portfolio piece. Technical track: a small working app or automation, AI-assisted. Non-technical track: a professional artifact for your field, an analysis, a portfolio site, a campaign. Done and public by end of day.
- Close: the story. Every interview will ask how you use AI. You leave with your answer written down, grounded in the thing you just shipped.
- Two weeks later: check-in. A group follow-up call for what happened next: applications, interviews, questions.
Price and seats
| Cohort | Seats | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Founder cohort (first one) | 10 | $129 |
| Later cohorts | 10 | $199 |
Columbus, Indiana, in person; the date locks when the seats fill. Compare against a bootcamp at $10,000 or a semester course you cannot point to in an interview. One day, one shipped project, honest scope.
Who teaches it
Bip Sutton. I build production AI systems, not slideshows: Clotho (a live AI procurement tool), shipped iOS apps, and machine learning systems in production. I also train business teams across Indiana. You will be learning the same workflow I use every working day.
FAQ
- Will this get me a job?
- Nobody can honestly promise that, and I do not. It gets you a shipped project, real tool fluency, and an interview answer. Those are the parts of the problem training can actually fix.
- Do I need a technical background?
- No. The afternoon splits by track, technical and non-technical, and both ship something real.
- What do I need to bring?
- A laptop and free-tier accounts. Setup instructions come with your seat confirmation.
- I graduated a while ago, can I still come?
- Yes. Early-career and career-changers are welcome. The material cares about where you are going, not when you graduated.
