Best Indiana Scratch-Off Tickets to Buy Right Now
As of July 6, 2026, the Indiana (Hoosier Lottery) scratch-off games with the most unclaimed top-prize money are Luxe Millions ($50, all three $3,000,000 top prizes still live), Red Hot Millions ($20), and Cash Extravaganza ($50). Two games to avoid: 10 Years of Cash and Supreme Gold both have zero top prizes left.

The three rules
- Rule 1. Only play games with prizes still live. If a game's top prize has already been claimed, you are buying a ticket that cannot win the big one.
- Rule 2. Favor games that have been out a while. As losing tickets sell, the odds of the top prize sitting in a remaining ticket rise, as long as that prize has not been hit yet.
- Rule 3. Higher price, higher payback. $10 to $50 tickets pay back a larger share than $1 to $2 tickets. You still lose on average, just less.

Luxe Millions hits two rules at once: on sale since June 2025, so roughly half the tickets are gone, and all three of its $3,000,000 top prizes are still unclaimed.
Because the tickets sold so far removed losers and small winners while every grand prize stayed in the pool, the odds of a remaining ticket holding a $3M prize have roughly doubled since launch (about 1 in 1.66 million to about 1 in 826,000). It is still a net loss on average, about $9 per $50 ticket, but it is one of the best-positioned games on the board.
